Board of DirectorsBoxelder Sanitation District is a Quasi-Municipal (Special) District, a political subdivision of the State of Colorado established under Title 32, Article 4, of the State Statutes, for the purpose of providing sanitary sewer service. The District was organized in 1965 and is governed by a five member board of directors. Board members are qualified electors of the District and are elected to four year terms of office by the eligible voters of the District. By definition of being a qualified elector, all current board members are property owners within the district.
